Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

Where: 9 Marten Road, Folkestone, CT20 2JR
When: Sunday 30th March 4-6.30 pm
Cost: £30

Come and join us for a restorative yoga and sound bath session at the end of March

Bee Hart will start with a restorative yoga session.

Bee has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 6.5 years. Her practice began with deeply enjoying asana through Hatha & Ashtanga. As her journey has progressed, Bee found a daily Meditation practice too, useful for centring herself and understanding her inner world better and went on to study Meditation. Since becoming an Osteopath in 2023, Bee’s teachings have deepened into the anatomy & philosophy of the entire body and the breath. This has directed her offerings into a more embodied and restorative approach.

Followed by an hour’s sound bath which are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground

Finishing with some light nourishing snacks afterwards to help integrate and ground the experience.

No requirement to bring any blankets, pillows or eye masks for the sound bath as they are all provided for.

Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.

We very much look forward to seeing you.
