Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath
Where: 9 Marten Road, Folkestone, CT20 2JR
When: Sunday 12th January 4-6.30 pm
Cost: £30
Come and join us for a Yoga and Sound Bath session in January to support the energies of the new year.
Kate's classes have a focus on listening in to the body, exploring alignment and how to make the different postures work best for your unique body. Combing movement, pranayama (breath) and meditation to help you connect more deeply to your mind and body.
Followed by an hour’s sound bath which are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.
We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground
Finishing with some light nourishing snacks afterwards, to help integrate and ground the experience.
No requirement to bring any blankets, pillows or eye masks for the sound bath as they are all provided for.
Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.
We very much look forward to seeing you.
